While the other games covered so far in previous posts were great examples of what their genre’s had to offer, the original Halo trilogy is the peek perfection of the First Person Shooter Genre. Within the Genre typically a game either has great single player and average multiplayer, or vice versa. However, Halo the Master Chief Collection is one of few outliers that has amazing single player story modes and fantastic multiplayer. But what are these games? Well… *deep breath*

IN THIS COLLECTION YOU CONTROL THE MOST BADASS, TRUE HEARTED, AND PURE AWESOMENESS BEING EVER CREATED JOHN DOE or better well know as THE MASTER CHIEF!! HE IS THE LAST OF THE SPARTAN RACE AND WILL STOP AT NOTHING THAT GETS IN HIS WAY!!! *cough* *cough*

He is without a doubt one of the coolest video game characters ever created, and for good reason. The Chief does awesome things in each game and stops at nothing in his path. Whether it be the Covenent in the first 2 games or The Flood in the third game, nothing stops him.

Each game has around 12 missions each jam packed with tons of enemies to fight and kill. *Note* the enemies are all alien creatures that look awesome and constantly try to get you. There are loads of weapons to pick up and have fun with, all while going through a genuinely great story.

The multiplayer is also fantastic. Primarily it consists of team matches, free for all, similarly to many other First Person Shooters. However, the actual game play within Halo is so much fun that it requires real skill and knowledge on how to properly win. Please check this game out! It contains the original Halo trilogy as well as Halo 4 (Which is kinda bland, but the first 3 are great).
